From Dunlap
Take Highway 127 South from Dunlap to top of Signal Mountain. West Brow Estates is about 9.1 miles from the Town of Dunlap and is located on the right.

From Nashville
Take I-24 East into Chattanooga. Take the downtown Chattanooga/Hwy 27 N exit. Take the Signal Mountain Blvd exit off of Hwy 27 N. Follow Signal Mountain Blvd/Hwy 127 to the top of Signal Mountain. Continue down Highway 127. West Brow Estates is on the left about 6.4 miles past the Sequatchie County line.

From Atlanta
Take I-75 North into Chattanooga. Take the Nashville/Birmingham split to the left,
I-24 W. Follow around the city and then take the Hwy 27 North split towards Downtown Chattanooga. Take the Signal Mountain Blvd/Hwy 127 exit off of
Hwy 27 N. Follow Signal Mountain Blvd/Hwy 127 to the top of Signal Mountain. Continue down Highway 127. West Brow Estates is on the left about 6.4 miles past the Sequatchie County line.
